The 2013 Learning! 100 award is the third award that Carrington has received from the enterprise learning community since June 2012, when the organization was recognized with the 2012 SkillSoft Innovation Award for effective e-learning in an emerging business. Carrington was honored with the 2013 SkillSoft Innovation Award again in May 2013 for its notable efforts in e-learning, recognizing innovative ideas and inspiring leaders who are helping to transform the learning landscape.
“We are thrilled to be a part of this esteemed awards program, and share the coveted title of the Learning! 100 with other industry-leading organizations,” says Lori Grigg, executive vice president of human resources for Carrington Mortgage Holdings, LLC. “Our truly remarkable Carrington team defines collaboration and dedication, and is more inspired than ever to keep innovating.”
Learning! 100 applicants were evaluated across three criteria: Aberdeen Group’s Best-in-Class Learning & Development assessment, EMG’s Learning Culture index, and overall organizational performance. Each submission received a rating for each section, and scores were totaled to identify the top 100. Their individual Learning! 100 rankings were determined by overall performance and the impact of their learning leadership.
