For the 13th consecutive year, Realogy Holdings Corp., a global leader in real estate franchising and provider of real estate brokerage, relocation and settlement services, has a significant presence at the annual convention for Hispanic real estate professionals. The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) 2013 National Convention & Latin Music Festival, which ran from Sunday, Sept. 29 through Oct. 1 at the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE Hotel.
The Hispanic market led the surge in U.S. homeownership last year, accounting for 51 percent of the total net increase of owner households in the United States, according to NAHREP’s 2012 State of Hispanic Home Ownership Report.

Juan Martinez, NAHREP President and owner of Century 21 Martinez & Associates kicked off the opening general session, and was a speaker of a segment called, “Ten Power House Principles in Building a Million Dollar Business in Real Estate.”
