When I speak with the elite agents around the world, most of them have one single attribute in common: They all have a coach! Why is it that?
I will tell you why—it is because they know they need someone to look at their business from a different perspective and provide them with valuable insight and direction to not only help them get to the top of their market, but to stay there. Put simply, the right coaching works. I say “the right coaching” because you have to find that one coach that is a perfect fit for you, and then the results can be staggering!
So, if coaching works so well for the top agents, why doesn’t every agent have a coach? That’s a good question. Perhaps it’s because most agents misunderstand the concept of coaching. Here are three common coaching myths that I’d like to dispel right now:
Coaching Is too Expensive
There are coaching programs out there that range from $99 a month to as much as $4,000 (or more) per month, so there really is a program for every agent. A quality coaching program starts with an assessment and then places you in a program with a coach that fits your style of learning, budget, and has the experience to help you take your unique business to the next level.
