Long & Foster® Real Estate, Inc., one of the largest independent residential real estate companies in the United States, has announced that it will open a new office in Havertown, Pa., located at 95 South Eagle Rd., later this month. The Kevin Toll Group, LLC, led by Kevin R. Toll, who is currently an award-winning agent with Long & Foster’s Devon, Pa., office, will staff the new office, and it will be managed by Vice President Janet Gorden Rubino, who also oversees Long & Foster’s Devon office.
The Havertown office is a direct result of Long & Foster’s Elite Entrepreneur Platform, which allows top producers like Toll to build their own business while aligning with the No. 1 independent residential real estate company in the United States. “The fact that Kevin was presented with this unique opportunity is a great testament to his leadership, hard work and success in the real estate business,” says Rubino.
Toll is a top producer who has ranked in Long & Foster’s top 150 sales agents. He specializes in real estate in Chester, Montgomery and Delaware counties, as well as along the Main Line and in the greater Philadelphia/Delaware Valley area. Toll primarily focuses on residential resales, but he is also an REO (real estate owned) specialist with a wealth of experience in new home marketing. Toll belongs to Long & Foster’s prestigious Chairman’s Club, which recognizes its agents who sell more than $5 million on an annual basis. Clients praise Toll’s excellent communication skills and honesty, as well as his swift attention and no-nonsense approach to handling their real estate needs.
Toll says, “I am really looking forward to working with the team of highly trained professionals who have joined us in Havertown. We are open for business and ready to serve our community.”
“Long & Foster is committed to growing our presence in the Philadelphia region, and teaming with Kevin and the Kevin Toll Group allows us to increase our footprint and better serve home buyers and sellers in Delaware County, Pa.,” says Bob Albanese, senior regional vice president of Long & Foster’s Philadelphia and New Jersey region. “Additionally, having a leader like Kevin, who is active in the community, provides us with a unique understanding of the local market and the needs of its residents.”
Opening the new office aligns with Long & Foster’s plan to expand services in the Philadelphia market and the company’s long-term strategy to be the leading real estate company in this area of the Northeast, according to Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc.
“For 45 years, Long & Foster has been home to the best-trained, best-equipped real estate agents and leaders in the industry, and we have no doubt that the new Havertown office will be the go-to resource when consumers in this area of Pennsylvania are looking to make confident, well-informed buying and selling decisions,” Scott says.
