What strategies are most effective for you in terms of training?
Training is one of the core things we make available to our agents, and there are three main areas we focus on. The first is motivating agents to use our products and tools, the second is elevating their skill set and the third is cultivating the discipline needed to ensure they do what they say they’re going to do.
We spend time every morning role playing different scenarios to help our agents with the skills they need to find success in today’s market. We also coach our agents on a weekly basis.
How do you see your market evolving throughout the next year?
I believe the next 12–18 months are going to continue to be solid. I also anticipate interest rates remaining reasonable, and affordability remaining at historic high levels.
