“The adoption rate of the digital eSignature process by our agents has been the single best in many years,” says Executive Director of Digital Development David Faulkner. “It was this success that led us to giving DocuSign for Real Estate PLUS a hard look when their Broker solution launched.”
Faulkner and his team hope to go completely paperless starting in 2015 and have partnered with DocuSign to help get them there.
“A document/transaction management system has to be very user-friendly, while at the same time offering the broker a comprehensive look at the total broker activity. DocuSign represents, in our opinion, this and more.
“The overall layout of screens and menu options are intuitive, while at the same time not requiring constant administrative time to maintain. The features of establishing the Transaction Room and then being able to load documents directly via email or fax will be a great time saver for our staff and agents alike. If you overlay their mobile capabilities as well, it makes a very compelling argument in their favor,” says Faulkner.
By offering all of this functionality in one location and including brokers throughout the entire process, DocuSign for Real Estate PLUS, Broker Edition is geared up to break some serious ground in the industry.
