For Rent Media Solutions™ (FRMS) recently wrapped up an outstanding first quarter with many exciting highlights, including the launch of a new, modernized logo, significantly heightened visitor traffic, and increased leads, the company has announced.
The logo was revamped into a more contemporary and brand-unified image, and coincides with FRMS’s commitment to outfit consumers with the most technologically advanced tools available to assist in the apartment search.
The site’s overall visitor traffic is up 3 percent from last year’s first quarter, and there were over seven million visitors to the site in March, a vast boost from the previous month. Unique visitor traffic, representing over 72 percent of total traffic, was up 2 percent from the first quarter of 2013. Mobile traffic also saw an increase, as it was up 32 percent from the first quarter of 2013.
Total leads for the first quarter were up 9 percent year over year, with total phone leads up 13 percent, internet phone leads up 21 percent, and mobile phone leads up 33 percent. Additionally, there was a substantial growth in mobile guest cards, as they increased by 55 percent year over year.
