HomeFinder.com, a leading digital real estate site, today announced it is teaming up with RE/MAX for the second year to support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® (CMN Hospitals). For every RE/MAX agent who enters the HomeFinder.com Agent Makeover Sweepstakes presented by PNC Mortgage, HomeFinder.com will donate $1 to CMN Hospitals, a North American nonprofit organization that raises funds for 170 member children’s hospitals, medical research and community awareness of children’s health issues.
HomeFinder.com and RE/MAX share the same core values: a loyal commitment to agents and broker/owners, and a dedication to the communities in which RE/MAX agents live and work. RE/MAX agents who enter to win the HomeFinder.com Agent Makeover Sweepstakes presented by PNC Mortgage have the opportunity to win a two-night trip to Chicago to receive a business and style makeover, while furtheringthe RE/MAX commitment to CMN Hospitals. In 2013, 3,020 RE/MAX agents entered the sweepstakes, which meant CMN Hospitals received $3,020. Michael Downing, with RE/MAX Pro in Hays, Kansas was one of the five winners.

Compared to one year ago, the National Association of Realtors® reports a 7.1 percent decrease in home sales due to limited inventory and rising home prices; in such a competitive market, agents need to have every advantage possible to win new clients. RE/MAX agents have the opportunity to be one of five randomly chosen winners flown to Chicago to receive real estate specific marketing training to revamp their brand strategy and succeed on a local level.
