San Diego-based Real Living Lifestyles has announced The Hadley Team has achieved 7th place in gross commission income and 2nd place in most transactions closed at the company. According to a release, she has grown her team from one member in 2000 to eight members today. Each team member has their own areas of expertise and knowledge, making them a very diverse group of people. The team has added Spanish- and Egyptian-speaking agents to work with foreign investors. Hadley’s team believes that a key asset is communication and excellent negotiating skills. Having their own transaction coordinator and assistant helps to make every deal smooth.
According to the company, the team has collected many achievements and awards in their real estate careers. Sandi Hadley is certified as a residential specialist, a resort and recreational specialist, short sales specialist, and a REO specialist. She has been a 5 Star Award winner four years in a row and she was the first female partner of a stock brokerage firm to go public in the United States. Among the other team members they have a senior real estate specialist, a broker and a short sale and foreclosure specialist. With so much talent and experience the team has said they are striving to become the biggest and best in client satisfaction in the San Diego area.
Linda Scarberry says, “We are so proud of Sandi Hadley and her team’s accomplishments. Over the years Sandi has been consistently one of our top-producing agents. Sandi’s business and referral business has been built over the years due to her commitment to excellent service and expertise for all of her clients. She’s a real pro and excellent at what she does.”
The Hadley Team has been built on a solid group of individuals that can count on one another if they have to be away. While one member is away they feel comfortable leaving their clients with another team member.
An important part of Hadley’s team is their common emphasis on giving back. For the last 12 years they have sponsored “A Day At The Races,” held at the Del Mar fairgrounds, raising almost a half a million dollars for Project Concern, a project dedicated to saving lives and building healthy communities around the globe annually reaching more than 6 million people in the Americas, Asia, and Africa. Currently Sandi Hadley is on the board of directors of Project Concern International.
