For Rent Media Solutions (FRMS)™, a leading multifamily marketing resource providing solutions for customers nationwide, has launched a national campaign, kicking off at the 2014 National Apartment Association Education Conference and Exposition in Denver, Colorado. From this message, FRMS customers and industry professionals alike can learn how multifamily leaders overcame marketing challenges with FRMS tools that helped them succeed.
The free For Rent Media Solutions 2014 Customer Success Book was created for customers to share their accomplishments while gaining valuable insight into the multifamily industry. Providing the stories of FRMS customers from Colorado to Texas to Georgia, this campaign will highlight their marketing challenges and the unique strategies that help them achieve success. From increasing occupancy rates and social media qualms to promotion challenges and low-quality traffic, FRMS has more than 400 account representatives listening to the marketing challenges that customers face, and delivering innovative solutions to overcome them. The new campaign includes not only a digital book available for download, but also a video component and complementary case studies.
“For Rent Media Solutions has listened to their client needs and added enhancements to meet our marketing demands,” says Melissa D. White, national director of marketing at GFI Management Services, Inc. “From their offering of engaging products, such as FRSocial and FRMobile, to ads in the For Rent Magazine and FRMS analytics, they have covered all of the bases and truly know how to form a strong relationship with their clients.”
“Our guest cards are up, our emails are up, and our phones are ringing off the hook, and that’s clearly due to the relationship we have with the For Rent team,” says Mark Chandler, president of Habersham Properties. “For Rent Media Solutions is willing to listen to our needs, they’re flexible, and they designed a cost-effective program that worked for us.”
Others who participated in this initiative are Virginia Love, vice president of leasing and marketing at Waterton Residential; Heidi Jehlicka, vice president of management services at Advenir Real Estate Management; April Hardin, director of business development at Habersham Properties; Caroline Forehand, marketing director at The Franklin Johnston Group; Ryan Perez, vice president of marketing at Landmark Apartment Trust; Dana Pate, marketing director at Matrix Residential; Maria Stanton, director of operations at Miller-Valentine Group; and Melanie Poole, vice president of management services at Norsouth.
These strong relationships with clients and the energetic drive to discover new marketing solutions are hallmarks of over thirty years of experience in the multifamily industry and meeting clients in different venues around the country. FRMS executives and employees attended the NAA Capital Conference in Washington, D.C., the AIM Conference in Huntington Beach, California, and the National Association of Real Estate Editors Spring Conference in Houston, Texas, just to name a recent few.
“For Rent Media Solutions is dedicated to providing clients with customized solutions to the many unique marketing challenges they face,” says Terry Slattery, president of For Rent Media Solutions and Homes.com. “The information in the For Rent Media Solutions 2014 Success Book will allow customers to move into 2015 with a firmer grasp on how to overcome any obstacles.”
