RE/MAX adds to its reputation as the most productive real estate network by placing 32 agents among the country’s Top 250 Latino Agents. The annual report has been produced by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) for the last three years and RE/MAX agents have held over 30 spots on the list each year.
“RE/MAX agents who appear on this list are examples of our many dedicated professionals who strive for the highest level of customer service. To be recognized among the NAHREP Top 250 is an honor, and we salute the great accomplishments of each of these 32 individuals,” says RE/MAX CEO Margaret Kelly.
The report acknowledges agents whose total closings have distinguished them among 50,000 Latinos in the real estate industry. Four of the 32 RE/MAX agents appear in the top 25:
9. Daisy Lopez-Cid, RE/MAX Premier Properties, Kissimmee, Fla. 16. Robert Padron, RE/MAX Cityview, Chicago, Ill. 21. Christian Fuentes, RE/MAX Top Producers, Diamond Bar, Calif. 23. Victor Vidales, RE/MAX New Heights Realty, Phoenix, Ariz.
Each year NAHREP compiles the Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agent Report of agents from across the country. This is the first year that the list is comprised only of agents who self-nominated for the recognition—a testament to the growing prestige of the honor.
According to NAHREP, Hispanics constitute a major percentage of the echo boomer first-time buyer market by virtue of age, household formation and desire to own a home. In 2011, Hispanic purchasing power was estimated to be $1.1 trillion and is expected to grow by nearly 50 percent to $1.6 trillion in 2016.
In October 2013, for the sixth year in a row, RE/MAX, LLC was named one of the Top 50 Franchises for Minorities by the National Minority Franchising Initiative.
