Beginning at 8 a.m., Leisey will impart his special presentation entitled: Creating a Winning Culture for your Firm, discussing how attendees can polish their skills in retaining top producers, attracting younger agents and gaining marketshare.

The founder and chief advisor of the REThink Council, Leisey leads a dynamic group of brainstorming young agents from across the country, pushing people to think outside the box and focus on enriching the lives of others. Speaking directly in his wheelhouse, Leisey will explain how companies can create a positive culture and work environment for agents, while also inspiring and encouraging them outside the office walls.

Shortly after at 8:45 a.m., Ken Baris, president of Jordan Baris REALTORS®, will moderate a panel that also revolves around making changes that make a difference. In Stand-out Strategies: Marketing Tactics that Deliver on Differentiation, Baris and his panelists will hone in on cutting-edge, innovative strategies that are sure to ring loudly in the minds of clients and prospects. From creating social media ROI to reviving print promotions, marketing experts from leading real estate firms will give us a peek inside some of their most powerful marketing campaigns.
