(MCT)—Vincent Kartheiser of “Mad Men” has listed his tiny Hollywood bungalow at $808,000.
At the center of a walled and gated lot of 2,325 square feet is a vintage bungalow that was built in 1912 and has been reworked into an open-concept pied-a-terre. The micro-home looks larger than its 603 square feet with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams.
The modernist pad features a bed that tucks up into the ceiling when not in use. Its redwood headboard can become a desk.
Storage closets and a bathroom sit behind custom shoji-style fiberglass and steel screens.
Adjacent to the bedroom area is a courtyard that includes a covered seating area. A coffee table converts to an outdoor fireplace.
A detached spa contains showers, a steam room and a dry sauna. There’s also a laundry room and a powder room.
Kartheiser, 35, has played Pete Campbell on the AMC series since it began in 2007. He was in “Angel” from 2002-04.
