Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® has partnered with TREND, the Philadelphia metropolitan region’s Multiple Listing Service, to provide seamless access to MLS services for their agents, the company has announced. Access to MLS services will be available through the newly launched Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® Digital Agent Resource Center (ARC).
“Agents are bombarded with new marketing technology offerings that are very disconnected. We wanted to offer our agents a seamlessly integrated solution. As one of the most important tools our agents use, that solution had to include the MLS,” said Rajeev Sajja, vice president of digital innovation at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®.
As part of this integration, the Digital Agent Resource Center includes seamless links to the information agents need to best serve their clients and consumer contacts, including many MLS services previously only available through a direct login to TREND. All Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® agents are able to work within the ARC system, while accessing the tools and information they need from the MLS without the need for another login.
“One of our fundamental purposes at TREND is to support our brokerages. We were excited to help power the Agent Resource Center to best meet the needs of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®. Whether through direct data uploads, managing listings or single sign-on technologies, we work closely with our members to discover new and empowering ways to improve their efficiency, better serve their clients or improve their businesses operations. This is core to the products and services we aim to deliver,” said Ken Schneider, Vice President of Product Management for TREND.
The roll-out of this system is happening in phases, with a complete roll-out expected to be completed by October 15th
