Chicago-based RELO Direct®, Inc. has promoted Christine Minakakis to client service manager, the company announced. In this position, she will be the sole contact for the relocating employees of select RELO Direct® clients. Through RELO Direct’s Direct TouchSM model, client service managers are responsible for managing every facet of an employee’s move, providing seamless client support throughout the relocation process.
Minakakis joined the RELO Direct® team in 2012 as a client service specialist providing support to a team of client service managers, gaining experience in administrative coordination, program management, and relocating employee support.
“Christine is an excellent addition to our team of client service managers,” said Steven John, CRP, GMS, RELO Direct’s senior vice president, client services. “With her experience in operations as well as her excellent listening and negotiating skills, relocating employees will have a tremendous resource and advocate, and we are pleased she’s accepted this promotion.”
Minakakis holds Bachelor’s degrees both in Business Administration, Marketing and Arts, English from Loyola University Chicago.
