The REALTORS® Land Institute officially opened registration for the 2015 National Land Conference: Unbridled. Unleashed., March 23-25 in Tucson, AZ, at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. Annually, the event brings together land professionals and Accredited Land Consultants (ALCs) from across the country to learn from world-renown presenters, network with peers, enhance business practices, and make money.
When opening registration, the Institute debuted the official conference theme, Unbridled. Unleashed. in addition to the official logo and the new website—www.nationallandconference.com. The theme and conference line-up stimulates attendees to “unbridle” and “unleash” their full potential. Presenters and events will encourage and provide strategies to create a competitive advantage in 2015.
The 2015 National Land Conference preliminary schedule includes general sessions, break-out sessions, and roundtables with experts on significant industry topics and trends. This includes Dr. Mark Dotzour, the Chief Economist at the Real Estate Center of Texas A&M, KC Conway, the Chief Economist at Colliers International, and other economists debating the economy; Bill Davis, the Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Farm Credit discussing the state of land lending; David Franasiak, Esq., at Williams & Jensen PLLC assessing the future of 1031 Exchanges and analysis of other Tax Reform proposals; and many others.
