The Tulare County Association of REALTORS® (TCAOR) launched TulareCountyREALTORS.com last month, the organization announced. The consumer-facing real estate search website uses Point2 technology to surface the most accurate information about homes, land and commercial properties for sale in Tulare County, Calif. TCAOR is one of several real estate associations in California to release a Point2 MLS and Association Consumer Portal in recent months.
The new real estate search portal is populated with listings for homes for sale in Tulare County using frequently updated data imported from the local multiple listings service (MLS). Listing detail pages display supplementary photos of each property, full descriptions and neighborhood demographics. A “Contact Agent” feature enables interested parties to instantly connect with the listing agent to request more information or schedule a showing.
Home seekers who search for properties on TulareCountyREALTORS.com can share their real estate finds with friends and family across Facebook, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest by clicking built-in social sharing buttons.
“We’re excited to showcase our members’ listings and services on a powerful and mobile-friendly consumer portal,” said Mimi Ruby, executive officer of TCAOR. “Consumers will enjoy using the easy-to-use interface to find the latest and most accurate real estate listings in the Tulare County area.”
Website visitors can also find open house information on TulareCountyREALTORS.com. Listings that will be open for public viewing include the open house date and time alongside the listing agent’s contact information.
Recent sales and properties that are not for sale can be searched as well.
“We are so pleased to have partnered with TCAOR to develop another MLS and association consumer portal in California,” said Linda Moola, director of sales, syndication and MLS and association services for Point2. “Real estate search portals, like TulareCountyREALTORS.com, benefit consumers, real estate professionals and real estate organizations by improving the accuracy of local home searches and fostering increased communication among agents and buyers and sellers.”
