In a standing room only recent company meeting at the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS facility, Gary Rabon and Wallace Peiffer, owner/partners of Coldwell Banker Advantage announced that their longtime owner/partner, Eddie Speas has been named Chief Operating Officer of the firm effective immediately. Gary Rabon began Coldwell Banker Advantage in 1995 after acquiring Wythe Properties and becoming a Coldwell Banker franchise. Eddie Speas joined Coldwell Banker Advantage in 2004 as Executive Vice President and Partner after working for many years primarily in the Triangle New Construction industry.
Since his early days in the business, Eddie has been actively involved in the industry and its associations. He’s served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS, North Carolina Association of REALTORS, Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS, Triangle Multiple Listing Service, and the REALTOR Foundation for the Triangle. He’s also active in the community and has served on Boards for the Wake Forest Boys and Girls Club, Wake Forest College Birthplace Society and the Triangle Community Coalition.
