Engel & Völkers recently announced that Marc Seinfeld has joined the North America headquarters team as Senior Vice President of Expansion.
Seinfeld will work with affiliating, merging or acquiring large brokerage operations within the United States for Engel & Völkers North America.

Seinfeld brings more than 18 years of success in franchise sales, mergers and acquisitions, and sales and operations management. He had previously held senior management positions with several major companies, including NRT in Madison, New Jersey and the CoStar Group in Washington, D.C. Most recently, he served as Managing Regional Vice President for the Eastern United States for Realogy Holdings Corporation, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC, where he led a team of Franchise Sales Directors and Regional Vice Presidents to drive market share through franchise sales, merger and acquisitions, and other growth initiatives. Seinfeld has served on several boards, including the Baltimore Museum of Industry, the Better Business Bureau of Baltimore, and the CB Cares Foundation.
