Thirty Agents will be joining Halstead Property and will be able to utilize both offices to further grow their business. Over the next few months, the firm will be enhancing the Montclair office to fully reflect the strong Halstead brand. Halstead now has 31 offices throughout the tristate area including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Riverdale, Hamptons, Hudson Valley, Fairfield County, Connecticut and their newly enhanced presence in New Jersey.
“We are always looking for ways to strategically grow and this happened to be the perfect, organic opportunity. Having worked with the founders, Brigitte Van Note and Carol Rhodes, on a local level as well as through our international affiliation of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, we knew that our firms had a natural synergy. We share the same cultures, we are independently owned and we have established strong reputations in our respective markets. We are incredibly excited to welcome Brigitte, Carol and their talented team of agents to the Halstead Property family,” says Diane M. Ramirez, Chief Executive Officer of Halstead Property.
“In the current marketplace, we wanted to take our firm to the next level of innovative technology and a larger presence in more communities. Halstead Property was the ideal firm to help us obtain this crucial growth stage. No other firm has their ideal office locations throughout the tri-state area or their strong level of marketing services and combined with our local knowledge and expertise, it’s the perfect fit. While remaining as an independent, privately owned firm, it is also extremely advantageous to our clients and customers,” says Brigitte Van Note and Carol Rhodes, founders of Rhodes Van Note. Van Note will be joining Halstead as Director of Sales, Montclair and Rhodes will remain as an active agent.
“Smart, strategic expansion has been one of our primary goals and we are so pleased to welcome the well-established, high-end RVN firm to the Halstead family. With nearly 65 agents in both Hoboken and Montclair offices, we will further expand our already growing suburban footprint in New Jersey and continue to enhance our strong market share in the best commuter towns. There are a significant amount of people commuting from Montclair to Manhattan and moving from Brooklyn and the NJ Gold Coast to Essex County, NJ so the synergy is beyond perfect,” stated Eugene Cordano, Executive Director of Sales of New Jersey for Halstead.
