RE/MAX Regional Services (RRS) recently announced the launch of CARES, a new coaching certification program for RE/MAX brokers. CARES, offered as part of the BrokerFirst program, equips brokers with the knowledge and tools necessary to coach their agents to success.
CARES consists of a two-part classroom workshop that provides interactive opportunities for brokers to build and reinforce the skills needed to effectively coach and develop their agents. The program is designed to give brokers the tools, knowledge and practice they need to coach with confidence and achieve results. CARES also help brokers understand the importance of regular coaching and feedback, which ultimately leads to greater loyalty, commitment, retention and productivity from agents.
In addition, RRS has published Lead Manage Coach, a book that shares the philosophy behind the successful BrokerFirst program. First launched in 2011, BrokerFirst focuses on the RE/MAX broker, by providing them with the tools and resources needed to strategically lead their teams, manage day-to-day activities and processes, and effectively coach their agents to reach their full potential. The book explains the three pillars of BrokerFirst – lead, manage and coach – in an easy-to-read, informative format with interactive exercises.
