During a special panel discussion taking place at the National Association of REALTORS® upcoming REALTOR® Broker Summit, four of the nation’s top brokers will tackle the topic and share their strategies for building a prolific agent force.
RISMedia’s Power Broker Roundtable at the REALTOR® Broker Summit, “Recruit and Retain the Best with a Winning Culture,” will take place on June 9 at 2 p.m. at the Denver Marriott City Center. The Summit runs through Friday, June 10, and includes a full line-up of educational and motivational presentations, and valuable networking opportunities.
During the Roundtable, RISMedia President & CEO John Featherston will lead a panel of top brokers who will discuss their strategies for recruiting and retention, including advice for building a culture that attracts, supports and motivates top producers for long-term success.
