Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage is celebrating its Success Center’s 10th anniversary, the company recently announced. The Success Center, an in-house training program, is managed by Glenda Newell, professional development director.
“Our industry is always changing and my job is to help our agents stay abreast of these changes and give them the education and tools they need to consistently operate at the top of their game,” says Newell. “I bring in a wide range of guest speakers that discuss topics ranging from the latest developments in technology to new CAMA regulations. The Success Center also offers our agents one-on-one coaching and consultation, so there is something here to meet everyone’s needs.”

The Success Center is located within the company’s new office in Wilmington, N.C. Class sizes are limited to 12 participants.
