The Asian Real Estate Association of America has announced Anne Miller and Mark Kitabayashi as co-chairs of its annual Global + Luxury Real Estate Summit, April 7-9, 2018, in Seattle, Wash. Miller is executive director, Luxury and Commercial, for RE/MAX, while Kitabayashi is broker for Windermere Real Estate.
The annual Global + Luxury Summit brings together hundreds of top-producing agents and executives in the international and luxury real estate sectors from all over the world to discuss the trends and issues that will shape the industry over the coming years. This year’s Summit will be held at the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel in downtown Seattle.
Miller, an influential figure in the luxury real estate market, was previously brand manager for The RE/MAX Collection, the real estate giant’s luxury division. Miller has an exceptionally well-rounded background in real estate, with experience in luxury residential development and acquisitions in Chicago, New York, Florida, North Carolina and Denver. She led the grand opening and consumer marketing of Spire Denver and The Four Seasons, and several successful downtown-area luxury projects.
Kitabayashi has been REALTOR® in Washington state since 2000. He runs a team of experienced brokers specializing in Residential Sales (New Construction, Investments, Re-Sale and Foreclosures). Kitabayashi is a founding member of the AREAA Greater Seattle Chapter, served on the AREAA National Board of Directors for six years, and currently serves as an advisory board member. Kitabayashi is also a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and served as president of the Washington Association of REALTORS® in 2013.
