Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage’s Jacksonville and Wilmington markets have been named a Platinum Award winner by the Cartus Broker Network for the seventh straight year, the company recently announced. The Platinum Award is the highest achievement level for overall performance available to all Cartus Broker Network Principal Broker members. Platinum Award recognition is based on performance results related to a wide variety of goals, including customer service, conversion, cost management and appraisal accuracy.
“The requirements for the Platinum rating get more and more challenging each year, but our agents consistently rise to the challenge and achieve the highest level in the network,” says Kathryn Ruth, relocation director for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. “The Platinum Award is an extraordinary accomplishment and to earn this rating seven years in a row is such an honor.”
“We are extremely proud of the hard work of our Relocation Department and our 500-plus agents who assist homeowners from all over the country with their relocation needs every day,” says Tim Milam, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. “This award speaks volumes to our company’s commitment to customer service and excellence in all aspects of our business.”
The awards will be formally presented to Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage at the Cartus Broker Network International Conference, held March 19-22 at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria resort in Boca Raton, Fla.
