Engel & Völkers has opened a shop in Bryan-College Station, Texas, the brand’s 10th in the state.
Engel & Völkers Bryan College Station is led by License Partner Edward Allison, and serves Bryan, College Station and the surrounding five counties that make up the Brazos Valley.
“Texas is growing faster than any other state in terms of new residents,” says Anthony Hitt, president and CEO of Engel & Völkers Americas. “In Bryan-College Station, the population is projected to double by 2050, and the housing market is certainly feeling this growth. Buoyed by a healthy local economy and the third-lowest unemployment rate in the state, prices here will continue to rise as demand increases. Given Edward and his team’s impressive track record and depth of market knowledge, we’re extremely pleased with his decision to lead our brand expansion in the Brazos Valley region of Texas.”
“We were looking for an advanced way to reach and resonate with our growing and diversifying client base, along with new tools with which to better serve our customers,” says Allison. “Not only does Engel & Völkers offer the cachet of a truly global brand that resonates with our clients from around the world, but also sets higher expectations of professionalism across the board. As we’ve seen the Bryan-College Station area grow and develop, we felt the time was right to introduce a new brand to the marketplace that focuses on client experience and provides a higher level of consideration to the consumer.”
Allison came to Engel & Völkers from RE/MAX.
