AmeriBid LLC, an industry leader in the real estate auction business, recently announced the acquisition of National Commercial Auctioneers, LLC along with its sister company National Residential Auctioneers, LLC. “The combination of these companies adds great strength and depth to the AmeriBid team,” comments Stan Schreyer, CEO of AmeriBid.
AmeriBid LLC is the cooperative creation of industry icons Stephen Karbelk, CAI, AARE, Larry Latham, CAI and Stan Schreyer, CEO of AmeriBid. According to the company, their mission is to drive a simple philosophy of exceeding the expectations of sellers, buyers, employees and agents in the auction industry, with a primary focus on creating liquidity of real estate assets. Karbelk was a founder of National Commercial and National Residential Auctioneers, while Schreyer and Latham previously acted as strategic advisors to both companies.
The combined companies now fall under the AmeriBid brand umbrella. Karbelk added, “With AmeriBid’s acquisition of National Commercial Auctioneers and National Residential Auctioneers, we are now able to combine all of the assets and resources into one company so we can deliver best-in-class service to all of our clients.”
AmeriBid LLC consists of a marketing office based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, with other real estate and auction professionals located nationwide. National Commercial Auctioneers, LLC and National Residential Auctioneers, LLC were based out of Tulsa.
The acquisition of these two companies included all processes, customer lists, physical assets, employee agreements, and agent agreements.
