While reports of an improving economy and rebounding housing market continue to make national headlines, the broker’s in-the-trenches perspective paints a more nuanced picture. Regional real estate leader Helen Hanna Casey, president of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, will deliver a keynote presentation providing the independent broker’s take on the state of the real estate industry at RISMedia’s 2013 Real Estate CEO Exchange, being held at New York City’s Yale Club next month.
Casey’s presentation, “The Past and Present …and the Road to the Future,” will discuss how the real estate recovery is truly progressing from the broker’s unique vantage point, including how the market has changed and where it’s headed path forward. The session will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 18 – the second day of the CEO Exchange – from 9:50 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
This year’s Real Estate CEO Exchange, titled “An Industry at Risk? Securing our Success on Real Estate’s New Playing Field,” will assemble top brokerage leaders and sought-after industry experts to discuss the current state of the industry, how we have and must further evolve, and what steps we must take to remain sustainable and profitable.
The event, taking place at Manhattan’s prestigious Yale Club, runs from 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 through 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, and features approximately 30 expert speakers, such as Casey, hailing from the nation’s leading brokerage firms.
