CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold announced that it has joined the Cartus Broker Network, providing real estate consumers relocating to and from Philadelphia and the surrounding areas a trusted partner dedicated to making the transition seamless.
The announcement is another sign of the company’s commitment to growing and expanding its relocation services department. Earlier this year, CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold announced that Evelyn Ferrara joined the firm as senior vice president and managing partner of Relocation. Tasked with leading and expanding the company’s relocation services, Ferrara brings more than 27 years of real estate and relocation services experience to her new position, as well as several awards she has earned throughout her years in real estate. This includes recognition as the 2007 Winner of the CARTUS CUP, an annual award presented to the Cartus Network broker who has demonstrated exceptional quality standards, surpassed goals, delivered outstanding service, and outperformed against metrics in key areas such as effective marketing, inventory management, and conversion.
“We are committed to assisting homebuyers and sellers and providing them with the guidance and knowledge they need to navigate through what can often times be considered a complex process,” says Bill Lublin, CEO, CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold. “By joining the Cartus Broker Network and welcoming Evelyn to our dynamic team, we are uniquely positioned to become a leader in relocation services in the Philadelphia area.”
With more than 200 affiliated agents spanning across eight offices in Pennsylvania, CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold, led by Lublin and his partners Anne Rubin, Al Perry, Tom Nevrotski, and Mike Galdi, intends to continue the brand’s growth in the region with five new offices scheduled to open in the next 18 months.
