Kelle offers a variety of online training programs including her Into GREAT – Success Training for New Agents, a 12-hour audio training program designed to get new agents up and running quickly. She offers training courses online and audio CDs for new and experienced agents. She also offers in-person training programs to teach agents more about the art of consultative selling and transition facilitation.
