Harold Crye co-founded Crye-Leike, REALTORS® in Memphis, Tennessee in 1977 at the age of 31 after only a few years of being a licensed real estate broker. The company quickly grew and continues to expand with a network of more than 3,000 licensed sale associates and more than 113 corporate and franchise offices located throughout the nine-state southern region of Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri and Oklahoma. The real estate brokerage was the fifth largest in the country by closed transaction sides last year, according to RISMedia’s Power Broker Report. Today, Crye-Leike is a full-service real estate company offering: residential and commercial sales, mortgage, title, insurance, business brokerage and investments, property management, development and construction, builder resources, REO bank-owned properties, relocation, auctions, and home services. Crye has served as chairman of the board of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and for the Realty Alliance. In 2009, he received the Master Entrepreneur of the Year by the Society of Entrepreneurs.

As vice president of special initiatives at GARDNER, REALTORS, Glenn “Chip” Gardner is in charge of the identification, prioritization and execution of the company’s key projects. Actively involved in the company’s day-to-day operations, Gardner represents the fourth generation of Gardners to work in the family’s real estate business, which was established in 1943 by his great grandmother, New Orleans real estate icon, Gertrude Gardner. Matt Widdows is the CEO and founder of HomeSmart International and HomeSmart Phoenix. After several years in the real estate industry and a background in software for the medical industry, Widdows founded HomeSmart in 2000 as a new concept real brokerage in the Metropolitan Phoenix market, based on the principle of providing high value and service at a low cost to agents. Over the course of the next decade he grew the Arizona-based brokerage from two agents to nearly 5,000 agents. Based on his personal experience as a real estate broker, Widdows created proprietary systems and technology platforms for franchisees and then launched the HomeSmart concept into an international franchising company in 2010. HomeSmart is built around technology that provides franchisees and agents alike with cutting-edge tools, a high energy culture and efficiencies that enable them to spend more time focusing on clients and the profitability. Widdows’ goal is to replicate the success of the HomeSmart brokerage in Arizona in other major markets across North America.
