His basic philosophy is that good organizations create accountability, develop people at all levels of the company and acknowledge those that get their job done, create a result and serve people well. Krafchow’s greatest pride is the charitable work that has been created within Mason-McDuffie. With the help of his wife, Kathy, there have been millions of dollars and thousands of hours spent by volunteers of the brokerage in serving a variety of needs—locally, nationally and internationally.

He became a manager at Contempo Realty in 1988, and was eventually promoted to CEO and co-owner of the firm, which was purchased by NRT in 1997. In 2001, Blefari was promoted to senior vice president of NRT, where he began working on a national level.
Christine E. Hansen – Broker/Owner Century 21 Hansen Realty, Inc.
Christine Hansen, broker/owner of Century 21 Hansen Realty, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has 26 years of real estate experience. Century 21 Hansen is a full-service brokerage with two locations serving south Florida. Hansen served as the 2007 president of the Greater Fort Lauderdale REALTOR® Association (GFLR), with over 13,500 members, has been a member of the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) Honor Society for nine years, and a FAR director since 2002. Hansen will serve as the Florida REALTORS® 2014 Secretary. At the national level, Hansen has served as a director for the National Association of REALTORS® since 2005, and is a current member of key committees, including Communication and Strategic Planning. She will serve as vice chair of the Communication Committee in 2014.
Greg Rand - Founder & CEO, OwnAmerica
Greg Rand is the founder and CEO of OwnAmerica, a firm focused on the intelligent aggregation of single family portfolios for institutional investors. The company has created and implemented a scalable system for evaluating markets, selecting assets and aggregating with control and velocity. Greg is a 20-year residential real estate industry veteran, a former member of the senior management team at Rand Realty, a top residential/commercial/mortgage/insurance brokerage in New York, author of Crash Boom! and host of FOX Business Network’s Where to Invest Now.
June Slusser – Broker/Owner, Coldwell Banker High Country Realty
June Slusser has enjoyed a 30+year career in the real estate industry. After an award winning real estate sales and sales management career she went on to climb the corporate ladder and became a senior executive within two international real estate franchises and also served within the NRT organization. In 2003, the resort market of Blue Ridge Georgia called. Returning to her roots of entrepreneurship, Slusser purchased a small real estate company in the mountain community located 100 miles north of Atlanta. Today, her firm, which has grown in prominence, dominance and territory is laser focused on innovation, the client experience and profit. Her long list of REALTOR® and community involvement includes, past president of the Northeast Georgia Board of REALTORS; GAR’s Executive Committee, Communications Committee, Education Committee, Special Recognition Committee, and Scholarship Trustee; and Board Member of Habitat for Humanity.
Mark Stark – CEO Owner-Broker, Prudential Americana Group REALTORS®
Mark Stark was recently named Prudential Real Estate’s Broker of the Year and his company was recognized as the fourth largest Prudential Real Estate franchise in America. He owns and operates Prudential Americana Group in Nevada as well as Prudential Arizona Properties and has been listed for the past two years as one of the Inc 5000 fastest growing private companies in America. As CEO of Americana Holdings, Stark is responsible for the company’s overall strategic vision with an emphasis on growth and retention of a combined 1,900 real estate sales executives and 20 branch offices throughout the two states. Stark began his real estate career in 1985 with a company that would eventually become Prudential Americana Group, REALTORS®. He became its CEO in 1997 and acquired 100 percent ownership in 2004. He remains the company’s sole owner and in 2011 added Prudential Arizona Properties to his franchise. In 2012, he posted $2.4 billion in sales volume in 2012, with more than 11,000 transactions.
