Over at Zolve Real Estate Network we are taking a moment to thank Bernice Ross for what she is doing over at RealEstateCoach.com. At the recent Colorado Association of Realtors Convention, I heard Bernice get on her self-proclaimed soapbox as she began talking about how much negative real estate news media there is, and how negative news in general has become. In a way I have her to thank for all of my recent writing on my Colorado Springs New Homes Real Estate blog about looking for good news in the midst of bad news, as she inspired me at the conference to help take a stand against negative news media.
I just read that Bernice is launching a “frontal attack on negative news media with the release of a new FREE program, Positive News for Positive REALTORS.” According to Bernice, the program is “in a MP3/podcast format designed to give Realtors the ammunition they need to give their clients the good news about the real estate market.” The program is part of her Listen and Learn Real Estate Sales & Marketing Training, and you can register for it here.
Real estate professionals like Bernice continue to point us in the right direction in the midst of a slumping market and perpetually bad press. On behalf of Zolve Real Estate Network, I encourage you to join with those of us pursuing positive news and optimism if you aren’t already.
