is worth to prospective buyers.
6.The value of your property is determined by what a ready, willing and able buyer will pay for it on the open market, which will be based upon the value of other recently closed sales.
Have a frank discussion about the property’s list price with your Realtor prior to placing your home for sale. It will be the single most important aspect in getting the most money in the shortest amount of time.
