Prince George is located just south of Pawley’s Island and is quaintly nestled between the Waccamaw River and the Atlantic Ocean. Such a unique community, only 148 home sites are available on the 1900 acres of property. Location:
Prince George is conveniently located off Highway 17 in Pawley’s Island. If you are traveling South on Highway 17, it will be located just South of the South causeway. There will be entrances on both the left (Oceanside) and right (Riverside) of Highway 17. Both entrances are gated and you will need an appointment to enter the community.
