Home Inventory Increases Over Last Year for June 2005

While it’s a tough time for most Orlando real estate agents, I am consistently listing and selling regular Orlando homes and Orlando luxury homes from Davenport to Deland, and from Clermont to Oviedo. I am closing homes every month! The good news: Buyers are buying homes that they feel are a good deal. Buyers are not going to give seller’s expected prices if they know they can haggle. It is truly a buyer’s market and the surplus of Orlando homes available shows that they have plenty of options and are not pressured.

In fact, buyers are using modern ways to find properties and shop around for the best deal. In this global economy, the Internet is becoming a powerful tool for buyers who are shopping for homes. That’s why we constantly use the global marketing exposure of the internet to make sure your home is seen.
