If you look around in the media, or hang around the watercooler, chances are you’re going to hear over and over again about the misery of the real estate market. But is it really that bad out there? Due to the squeeze, builders are taking a break from high-priced homes and returning their focus to lower priced homes. These homes are perfect for a first-time home buyer. Centex is building a bunch of them, revealing the list in the Sept. 16 issue of the Orlando Sentinel.
