Orlando Real Estate Downturn Will Continue For Next Two Years

 While some try to hold on to shreds of happiness and optimism regarding the real estate market, the facts speak for themselves.  At the end of the day, the greater Orlando market, much like many other real estate markets across the country, is facing a downward slide that has yet to level off.  It will continue to drop well through the end of next year, with no end in sight.  This is bad news for those trying to sell their home, forcing home sellers to resort to creative new methods to unload their homes.  In this week’s report, we’ll discuss the variety of auctions available to those trying to sell their home fast, as well as their impact on neighborhood prices and the market as a whole.
