Normally, being in the top ten on a list is considered a distinctive honor. However, in this particular case, there’s no honor at all. According to a report from www.consumerist.com, we have the “honor” of being in the top ten list of worst housing markets in the U.S.
We achieved this honor by huge price increases, speculation, insane property tax increases and, of course, property insurance. These are odds which are tough to beat. Something has to give soon for us to get out of this onerous honor list.
