There are many different reasons why agents and sellers choose to sell a home through an online home auction on RealtyBid.com. But, there may be no reason that is closer to the heart of real estate agents than the fact that RealtyBid.com online auctions force potential buyers “off the fence.”
All real estate agents have at one time (and probably many times) dealt with the “fence sitting” potential buyer. Knowing that there is an interested potential buyer out there who is not making a move—who is taking the “wait and see” approach—is probably one of the most frustrating circumstances for an agent to encounter.

This can be an invaluable tool for an agent representing a seller who is truly motivated to “move” a property.
