Jamil a college educated guy with a great job at a local tech company. He reads the letter knowing well, rent is going up because general housing prices are going up and the landlord is raising them because he knows people will pay it.

They decided enough was enough; they were going to buy a Belltown Condo.They opened the weekly paper and saw a sea of pretty people posed in such a way as to have you believe they would be part of your life if you should just buy a condo in the building they are representing. They thought for a minute they mistook the real estate section for the personals. Ben and Jamil are the type of people that don’t like being sold.
