Like you, we are following CDC health guidelines as well as state and local ordinances, and unless their jobs require them to work onsite, such as those who facilitate valet closings, our employees are still working remotely in most areas. As your title/escrow partner, committed to closing your transactions in a timely manner even in these stressful times, we have expanded sanitation protocols to keep the work environment safe. Closings are by appointment only, communication takes place by phone, email or video chat, and no walk-in visitors are permitted. We are still encouraging remote closings or valet closings, a procedure much appreciated by health-conscious customers who can sign documents with a one-time use pen from the safety and comfort of their vehicles. On rare occasions when an in-person closing is required, we follow strict best practices procedures:
