Sally and Steve Koss, broker/owners of RE/MAX Landmark, received the award for their company?s exemplary integrity, vision and industry innovation.
RISMEDIA, August 30, 2006?RE/MAX Landmark Realtors?, Massachusetts, won the coveted award ?Multi-Office Broker/Owner of the Year.?
Up against hundreds of other multi-office companies, Sally shared that the award was not representative of dollar volume or number of agents, but rather how the company has contributed to the growth and professionalism of the industry. She summed it up.
?The cost of perfection will drive you out of business,? Sally said. ?What we look for instead is magic, not perfection. It?s about the right people all working toward the success of one another. We are a powerful team of professionals united in serving our clients.?
The company is 6 offices strong with 170 agents. In the very near future, they will increase to 8 offices. Sally and Steve are committed to continuous quality improvement, and training is one of the initiatives that support their vision.
While the company has ongoing internal training, they advocate and support outside training that helps their team to always ?sharpen their axes? and stay abreast of the most current trends in the industry. Many of their agents are graduates of the Leader’s Choice? sales agent spaced-training program. Steve, a training guru, calls Leader?s Choice? one of the best investments his agents make in themselves.
?We have had four groups of our agents take the course,? Steve said. ?They came back better trained, committed to constant improvement and highly motivated. I would highly recommend the program to others considering improved productivity.?
