IT solutions provider customizes Microsoft CRM software for real estate industry
RISMEDIA, October 23, 2006?Chicago-based Sonoma Partners, a software development company that provides IT services for mid-size and enterprise companies, recently unveiled CRM Elements for Real Estate, the latest sales and customer relationship management tool for condominium developers, home-builders and real estate marketing companies.
The new customizable software is designed to help capture greater sales revenue, close deals more quickly, keep customer databases up to date and perform thorough analyses by providing real-time reporting.
According to Mike Snyder, principal of Sonoma Partners, the software offers the greatest benefits to developers and agents managing sales for multiple property sites with 50 or more units per property by offering a more sophisticated means of capturing and updating large amounts of data.
?CRM Elements for Real Estate helps users manage pricing and inventory in real time with configurable sales alerts that notify you when unit sales cross predefined thresholds,? said Snyder.
?As a result, a user knows instantly when it?s time to adjust prices, saving the builder from leaving money on the table,? said Snyder. ?The software also helps better streamline the closing process by keeping key documents organized and in one place, allowing sales associates to be more efficient by closing more deals faster.?
In addition to real-time reporting, CRM Elements for Real Estate can be customized to send scheduled email results of sales statistics on a weekly, daily or hourly basis to help users spot consumer trends.
?Nearly 90 percent of the prospective clients I speak with rely on either Excel or Outlook programs to keep track of sales leads and monitor the sales process,? said Snyder. ?These programs help organize data, but they don?t necessarily help you analyze it. CRM Elements for Real Estate is designed to not only keep information organized, but also to help an executive analyze his or her marketing tactics.?
Snyder added that because the software is built on top of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform and because it is accessible from Microsoft Outlook and the Internet, it is easy for users to incorporate the product into their existing routines.
?Microsoft CRM integrates seamlessly with the tools people are already using such as Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook so customers can get up and running quickly without a lot of end user training,? said Snyder.
Sonoma Partners has customized its Microsoft CRM Elements for Real Estate software for a number of national real estate firms including Chicago-based Equity Residential, Dallas-based Fairfield Residential and New York-based Athena Group.
In recognition of its innovative use of Microsoft’s technologies, Sonoma Partners was awarded Microsoft?s 2003 Worldwide Microsoft CRM Solutions Developer of the Year award. In 2005, the firm also received the Global Microsoft CRM Partner of the Year award from Microsoft, recognizing the company?s leadership in managing its business through new Microsoft CRM customer additions, revenue and revenue growth.
In business since 2001, Chicago-based Sonoma Partners has earned a reputation as one of the top Microsoft CRM consulting firms in the world. In addition to providing customized Microsoft CRM software for real estate companies, the firm has implemented Microsoft CRM solutions for companies such as Quiznos Sub and the Chicago Bears.
