Avalar Welcomes New Affiliate Office

RISMEDIA, June 13, 2007-Avalar welcomes Dotty Boudreaux-Hays and her new office Highland?Realty Group, to the Avalar affiliates. This is Avalar’s first office in the state of North Carolina.

Murphy is a small town in the western corner of North Carolina, within 30 miles of Tennessee and Georgia. Boudreaux-Hays enthusiastically boasts that she successfully sells to all three markets, as more and more people are becoming interested in purchasing a second home in the area. She has owned and operated her own independent office in Murphy for years and was previously a top-producer with RE/MAX. Boudreaux-Hays states that she is thrilled to be apart of Avalar and sees the combination of her office and Avalar as a perfect match.

For several months Boudreaux-Hays had been looking to join something bigger, she states it was a miracle that a friend told her about Avalar. When asked what attracted her to Avalar, she stated, it was the agent-driven concept and the freedom to run her business in a way she found to be most productive. Her years as a sales-manager and business owner have given her several techniques for motivating and training agents that she has found to be successful, and she appreciates that Avalar allows her to continue to use these skills as she always has. Boudreaux-Hays also stated that while Avalar gives her freedom, she also likes the fact that there is a larger organization and name behind her to offer support and guidance.
