(MRIS)–In response to feedback from our valued MRIS subscribers, the following search options have been added to Matrix: Short Sales, 3rd Party Approval Sales, and Green Friendly Energy Star appliances and heating/cooling systems in Matrix.SHORT SALES
Pick-list items have been added to assist both listing and selling agents:
“Current Financing/Loan” - Short Sale has been added to the pick-list. The listing agent should select this field to disclose that the property is subject to a Short Sale. In addition to the seller, the lender will have to approve the buyer’s offer.
“Contract Info” - Comp-Subject to 3rd Party Approval has been added to the pick-list. To reduce expenses associated with a short sale, a lender may insist on a commission fee reduction.
GREEN FRIENDLY
The following pick-list items mark the first step in what will be a comprehensive “green” solution suite slated for implementation in Q1 2008.
New pick list items have been added to allow you to enter and search for Energy Star Products:
“Appliances” - Energy Star Appliances has been added to the pick-list.
“Heating System” - Energy Star Heating System has been added to the pick-list.
“Cooling System” - Energy Star Cooling System has been added to the pick-list.
