Opening Wednesday:
Bottle Shock: Alan Rickman stars in this story concerning the early days of California winemaking.
Pineapple Express: David Gordon Green directs this Judd Apatow-produced stoner comedy about two potheads on the run from police. Seth Rogen and James Franco star.
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2: The four young women from the original return but go their separate ways when college beckons.
Opening Friday:
Baghead: A group of under-employed actors attempt to write a movie to jumpstart their careers.
Boy A: A man is finally released from prison for a crime he committed as a child.
Hell Ride: David Carradine, Dennis Hopper and Michael Madsen take to the open road in this biker movie.
Love and Honor: Japanese film centers on a blind samurai and his devoted wife.
Man on Wire: Documentary looks at tightrope walker Philippe Petit’s daring walk between New York’s World Trade Center towers in 1974.
