RISMEDIA, August 11, 2008-With all of the ways Realtors are working toward standing out from the pack, one agent is thinking out of the box to get the job done. In addition to working with homeowners, today’s featured Realtor on the Rise, Jim Basquette of Huff Realty in Cincinnati, Ohio, spends his time volunteering in the community.

Free consult: For all listings, Basquette offers a free consultation with a staging professional.
Tech assistance: Basquette volunteers his time several places, including The Eve Center, a free women’s counseling service. He uses his technical expertise to help the center with computer and networking help.

In addition to his volunteer work with The Eve Center, Basquette also volunteers at a local aquarium, scuba diving to give underwater presentations in the shark tank. He also volunteers at schools to give presentations to kids about scuba diving.
