NonStopNeighbors Announces New Realtor FAST-START Pack

RISMEDIA, Sept. 3, 2008-NonStopNeighbors, a vendor of neighborhood and community websites, announced the new FAST-START pack for Realtors looking to sponsor a neighborhood website in their area.

According to the company, the FAST-START pack makes it easier than ever for Agents to create useful community content for a neighborhood website they can sponsor to develop leads and feature their own listings.

The FAST-START pack services allows agents to benefit from full-featured, dynamic community Web site complete with content, news, photos and forums created for them in just a few hours. Realtors using NonStopNeighbor’s FAST-START pack functionality will have four hours of localization service with a live Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant calls the Realtor and develops content for the community Web site based on the input of the Realtor. Realtors have the option of including recent news stories, photographs, phone directories and other useful community information.

There’s no content and no coding or formatting required - the FAST-START pack Virtual Assistant develops the content for the Realtor.

As part of the FAST-STARTpack, Realtors can supply their own listings for their Virtual Assistant to feature on the NonStopNeighbors site.

Delroy Gill, VP of Business Development at NonStopNeighbors, said the FAST-STARTpack functionality makes it easy for Agents to benefit from sponsoring a helpful resource that creates relationships in their community.

“The advantage of a NonStopNeighbors site is that each site is sponsored and run by an individual real estate Agent,” Gill said. “The FAST-START pack helps Realtors rapidly offer dynamic neighborhood Web sites with content that attracts traffic from the community. This gives the ability to more quickly develop relationships within their community.”

Realtors should allot between three and four hours to work with the Virtual Assistant to develop content for their NonStopNeighbors site.
