RISMEDIA, Oct. 10, 2008- Realty World, Inc. announced that Bonnie S. Mays, senior vice president, was recently honored as one of the top 25 Most Influential Women in Real Estate. Sponsored by Active Rain, the real estate online community, the top 100 names of women industry leaders were submitted by other industry professionals and then the vote by peers determined the top 25.

“Women have not only reached the top of the real estate leadership pyramid, they are proving themselves to be great leaders. Bold words, coming from a man, but my research shows that in the last couple of years women have moved into the #1 or #2 positions at many of the country’s largest real estate companies,’ said Stefan Swanepoel, Trends expert, author, and speaker, who began the process of determining the Top 25 Women.

Mays has been a licensed real estate Broker in KY for 19 years, and has served on the Realty World, Inc. Corporate Leadership Team since 1999. She is the Dean of the Realty World Academy, and coaches brokers and agents, as well as manages the public relations and technology of Realty World International. Mays hold a Master of Arts Degree and as been recognized as the Broker of the Year for REALTY WORLD, INC as well as the Woman Business Owner of the Year in Lexington, KY.
