RISMEDIA, Oct. 16, 2008-Kotar Associates, a Florida-based education and consulting firm for the real estate and home building industries, has launched a new website, www.KotarAssociates.com, which outlines its many service offerings.

The company’s focus has been to identify, research, educate and publish on current issues that affect the financing of purchasing a home in today’s market.

Its blog, KotarNews.com, updated weekly, provides timely, topical information and insights on market activities.

RISMedia has published several articles by Kotar Associates on its analysis of various loan programs and are intended to provide in depth coverage on topics affecting real estate professionals. Also available on the new site is its current course schedule, and course descriptions, which provide detail on each topic as well as information on how to effectively apply what has been learned to increase sales potential.
